How Commission Works
TicketWave charges a small commission on each ticket sold. This covers payment processing, hosting, and platform maintenance.
- Your commission rate is shown in Billing.
- By default, the commission is added on top of your ticket price (the customer pays it).
- You can choose to absorb the commission in your Settings, so the ticket price includes it.
There are no monthly fees on any plan — you only pay commission when you sell.
