- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Our Starter plan is completely free for free events — zero platform fees, zero commission. For paid events, our Professional plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full features.
- Which countries does Stripe support?
- Stripe is available in 46+ countries including the UK, US, most of the EU, Australia, Canada, and more. You can check the full list on Stripe's website. TicketWave works wherever Stripe does.
- Can I migrate my data from another platform?
- Absolutely. We can help you import your existing customer lists, event data, and order history from platforms like Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, and others. Reach out to our support team and we will guide you through the process.
