How long does it take to set up TicketWave?
Most organisers are selling tickets within 15 minutes. Create an account, connect your Stripe account, set up your first event, and you are live. No technical knowledge required.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Our Starter plan is completely free for free events — zero platform fees, zero commission. For paid events, our Professional plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full features.
Which countries does Stripe support?
Stripe is available in 46+ countries including the UK, US, most of the EU, Australia, Canada, and more. You can check the full list on Stripe's website. TicketWave works wherever Stripe does.
Can I migrate my data from another platform?
