Pricing FAQs
Yes. The Starter plan is completely free with no credit card required. You only pay commission (4% + €0.50) when you sell paid tickets, plus Stripe processing (1.5% + €0.25) at cost. Free tickets are always 0%.
Stripe charges 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction for payment processing. This is Stripe's fee, not ours — we pass it through at cost, the exact same rate you'd pay using Stripe directly. It applies on every plan. On a €50 ticket, that's €1.00 to Stripe. Our TicketWave commission is always shown separately so you know exactly what goes where.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rata billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Professional drops from €99/mo to €79/mo, and Business from €249/mo to €199/mo. Annual plans are still cancellable with pro-rata refund.
You'll need to upgrade to Professional to create more than 3 active events (up to 15). For unlimited events, choose Business or Enterprise. Completed events don't count against the limit.
Enterprise includes everything in Business plus negotiable commission rates, unlimited team members, a dedicated account manager, SLA guarantee, custom integrations, and invoice billing. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
