Connecting Stripe for payments

Getting Started

Connect Your Stripe Account

TicketWave uses Stripe to process payments securely. You must connect a Stripe account before you can sell tickets.

  1. Go to Settings → Payments.
  2. Click "Connect Stripe" — you will be redirected to Stripe to create or link your account.
  3. Complete the onboarding steps Stripe requires (business details, bank account, identity verification).
  4. Once connected, you will see a green "Connected" badge in your settings.

Payouts are sent directly from Stripe to your bank account based on your Stripe payout schedule (typically 2 business days).
