Setting up promo codes

Promo Codes

Promo codes let you offer discounts to specific customers or groups.

1. Go to Promo Codes in the sidebar.
2. Click "Create Promo Code" and set a code name (e.g. EARLYBIRD20).
3. Choose a discount type: percentage off or fixed amount off.
4. Optionally restrict the code to specific events, set a usage limit, or add an expiry date.

Customers enter the code at checkout. The discount is applied before payment processing.
