Roles & Permissions

  • Admin — Full access to everything: events, orders, settings, billing, team management.
  • Manager — Can manage events, view orders, and use the scanner. Cannot access billing or team settings.
  • Door Staff — Scanner access only. Perfect for venue security and entry teams.
