Yes. There are no monthly fees on any tier. You only pay commission when you sell paid tickets, plus Stripe processing (1.5% + €0.25) at cost. Free tickets are always 0%. Every feature is included from day one.

Stripe charges 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction for payment processing. This is Stripe's fee, not ours — we pass it through at cost, the exact same rate you'd pay using Stripe directly. It applies on every tier. On a €50 ticket, that's €1.00 to Stripe. Our TicketWave commission is always shown separately so you know exactly what goes where.

Tiers auto-switch based on your monthly ticket volume. Sell 0–499 paid tickets/month and you're on Starter (4% + €0.50). Hit 500 tickets and you automatically move to Growth (2.5% + €0.30). Reach 2,000 tickets and you unlock Scale (1.5% + €0.20). No action needed — it happens automatically.

As you sell more tickets and grow your volume, you'll automatically unlock higher tiers with increased capacity. Growth supports up to 15 events, and Scale offers unlimited events. If you need more capacity before reaching the volume threshold, contact support and we'll help.
