Door Staff Guide

Here's how to get your door team ready:

  1. Create accounts — Invite door staff via Team → Invite Member with the "Door Staff" role.
  2. Login — They log in on their own phone and go straight to Scan.
  3. Scanning — Point camera at QR code. Green checkmark = let them in. Red X = do not admit.
  4. Edge cases — If a ticket shows as "already used", the attendee may be trying to re-enter. Use your judgement or contact the manager on duty.
