Scanning Offline

No Wi-Fi at the venue? TicketWave's scanner works offline too.

1. Open the scanner page while you still have connectivity — the ticket database syncs to your device.
2. Once synced, scanning works without an internet connection.
3. When you reconnect, all scan results are automatically uploaded to the server.

We recommend syncing at least 30 minutes before doors open.
