Issuing Refunds
You can issue full or partial refunds for any paid order.
- Go to Orders and find the order.
- Click "View" to open the order details.
- Click the "Refund" button. Choose full refund or enter a partial amount.
- Confirm the refund — the customer is refunded via Stripe and receives an email notification.
Refunds typically appear on the customer's statement within 5-10 business days. TicketWave commission on refunded orders is also reversed.
