Issuing Refunds

You can issue full or partial refunds for any paid order.

  1. Go to Orders and find the order.
  2. Click "View" to open the order details.
  3. Click the "Refund" button. Choose full refund or enter a partial amount.
  4. Confirm the refund — the customer is refunded via Stripe and receives an email notification.

Refunds typically appear on the customer's statement within 5-10 business days. TicketWave commission on refunded orders is also reversed.
