Resend a Confirmation Email

If a customer hasn't received their confirmation email, you can resend it:

  1. Go to Orders and find the order.
  2. Click "View" to open the order details.
  3. Click "Resend Confirmation" — a fresh email with all tickets and QR codes is sent to the customer.

Ask the customer to check their spam/junk folder first. Emails are sent from your branded sender address if configured.
