Frequently Asked Questions
Does TicketWave have a native Make.com module?
Not yet. Use Make.com's built-in "Webhooks" module to receive TicketWave events. This provides the same functionality and works out of the box.
How many free operations do I get?
Make.com includes 1,000 free operations per month on their free plan. Each TicketWave webhook event counts as one operation. Most small-to-medium venues never exceed this limit.
Is Make.com better than Zapier?
Make.com offers 10x more free operations (1,000 vs 100), visual scenario builder with branching logic, and is particularly popular in Europe. Zapier has a wider app catalogue. Choose whichever fits your workflow.
Can I filter events in Make.com?
Yes. Make.com supports filters and routers natively. You can route order.created events to one path and checkin.completed to another, all within a single scenario.
