TicketWave for WooCommerce
Sell event tickets alongside your products. Works with any WooCommerce store.
Why TicketWave + WooCommerce
WooCommerce is brilliant for selling products. TicketWave is purpose-built for selling tickets. Together, they give your customers one seamless experience.
Keep your store, add tickets
No migration, no new platform. Add a TicketWave ticket page to your existing WooCommerce site. Your products, customers, and store setup stay exactly the same.
Separate checkout, unified brand
Tickets go through TicketWave’s optimised checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, instant payouts). Your brand stays consistent across your WooCommerce store and ticket pages.
QR codes + scanning included
Every ticket gets a unique QR code. Scan at the door with our free scanner app. WooCommerce cannot do this out of the box.
How it works — 3 steps
Add ticket sales to your WooCommerce store in under 5 minutes.
Install the TicketWave WordPress plugin
Download the plugin from your TicketWave dashboard or search for "TicketWave" in the WordPress plugin directory (when approved). Install and activate it in under a minute.
Add the TicketWave block to any page
In your WooCommerce site’s Gutenberg editor, add the TicketWave block. It works alongside WooCommerce products, shop pages, and your existing navigation.

WooCommerce FAQ
Do I need to replace WooCommerce?
No. TicketWave works alongside WooCommerce. Your existing store, products, and checkout remain completely unchanged. TicketWave simply adds ticketing capabilities.
Do tickets go in the WooCommerce cart?
Not yet. Tickets have their own optimised checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instant payouts. Full WooCommerce cart integration is coming soon.
Can I use my WooCommerce payment gateway?
Tickets process through Stripe Connect, which provides instant payouts directly to your bank account. Your WooCommerce payment settings remain separate and unaffected.
Does it work with my WooCommerce theme?
Yes. The TicketWave block and shortcode work in any WordPress theme, including popular WooCommerce themes like Storefront, Astra, OceanWP, and Flatsome.
Can I show tickets on my WooCommerce shop page?
You can add the TicketWave block to any page, including custom WooCommerce pages. Most stores add a dedicated "Tickets" or "Events" page to their main navigation.
Is there a WooCommerce product integration coming?
Yes — full product-type integration with WooCommerce cart support is planned for later this year. For now, the embedded widget approach is the fastest way to get started.
